Push to talk over cellular

Push to talk over cellular (PoC) is a new technology which utilises the existing cellular networks and WIFI to transmit its communications. Thereby creating nationwide and even international push to talk networks without the need for costly infrastructure. The feature sets available on PoC systems are comparable to those on top tier digital radio systems but at a fraction of the cost.

PoC Devices are often designed to mirror the traditional radio form but some are also available which mirror the smartphone form.

There are many sectors which have previously been unable to effectively deploy two way radios for which PoC has many benefits in productivity and employee safety.
