Returns policy

Have peace of mind when you order with Sadlesea Communications with our quick and easy returns policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have ordered incorrectly, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

 

To return an item to Sadlesea Communications, please contact us at sales@sadlesea.co.uk with a copy of the receipt, the details of the product you wish to return and reason for the return. We will issue you with a Returns Material Authorisation Number (RMA).

 

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging and include any enclosed documentation. Please mark the RMA number on the outer packaging. We will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please be aware authorised returns for products that have been especially ordered may be subject to a 20% of invoice value handling charge.  Returning goods without prior consent do so is done entirely at your own risk.
